NEST Builders, led by the father-son team of Harvey and Jonathan Korman, brings more than 70 years of collective industry expertise and over 50 years in the custom, luxury real estate remodeling field. Harvey Korman started building in 1967 in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and was one of the first to begin building million-dollar spec homes in the mid-1980s. His son Jonathan, grew up in the business, now joins forces with his father to serve the luxury market in South Florida.
